Tzatziki Chicken Salad Wrap

Can’t decide between a salad or a sandwich? Don’t.
Serves 2-3 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 12-oz container of Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki 
  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped 
  • 1 medium cucumber, unpeeled
  • ⅓ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Cedar’s wraps, any flavor 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice off the ends of the cucumber. 
  2. Grate the cucumber with the large holes of a cheese grater. Squeeze out the water with your hands. This should equal 1 cup of shredded cucumber.
  3. Add chicken, red onion and lemon juice to tzatziki, tossing to coat. 
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  5. Place in a wrap, roll up tightly and serve.
