Protein-Packed Pumpkin Waffles

INGREDIENTS
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup Cedar’s Organic Pumpkin Hommus
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 egg whites
½ cup old fashioned oats
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon stevia
½ cup walnuts, crushed
¼ cup Cedar’s Labne
Maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Preheat a waffle maker to medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, egg whites, oats, almond milk and stevia. Mix well.
Scoop about ¼ of the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
Repeat until all the batter is gone.
Top each waffle with Cedar’s Labne, walnuts, Cedar’s Organic Pumpkin Hommus and maple syrup.
Grab a fork and enjoy.
