Chicken Gyro Sliders

Total 15-29 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 12-oz container of Cedar’s Tzatziki, any flavor
1 pound lean ground chicken
2 garlic gloves, minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 package of mini pitas, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
½ of a red onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Combine ground chicken, garlic, lemon zest and spices in a large bowl, then divide mixture into quarters and divide each quarter in half for eight sections.
Spray skillet with nonstick spray, then form each section into a patty one at a time and add to hot skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked all the way through, spraying uncooked side with nonstick spray before flipping.
Remove from skillet and let sit for 5 minutes, then stack on sliced mini pitas and top with tomato, cucumber, red onion and Cedar’s Tzatziki (any flavor).
Add salt and pepper.
