Sweet Potato Sliders

Sliders so sweet, you’re gonna want to double the recipe.


  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Cedar's Organic Roasted Red Pepper Hommus
  • salt and pepper
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Cut sweet potato into coins.
  2. Cook in a skillet with olive oil, salt and pepper on medium heat until cooked through and crisped.
  3. Make a quick relish with diced shallot, diced sweet pepper, capers, cilantro, rice vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper.
  4. Top sliders with a layer of Cedar's Organic Roasted Red Pepper Hommus and a scoop of relish.
