Stuffed Dates

You’ve got yourself a date.
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  • 1 cup Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
  • 12 medjool dates, pits removed
  • ¼ cup shelled salted pistachios, chopped
  • ¼ cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • Zest of half a lemon


  1. Cut a slit into the length of the dates.
  2. Fill with a scoop of hommus.
  3. Garnish with pistachios, goat cheese and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon zest.
