Spicy Mediterranean White Pizza

It’ll steal a pizza your heat-loving heart.
Serves 2 Total 30-60 Minutes


  • 1 pound whole wheat pizza dough
  • 1 cup Cedar’s Mediterranean Hot Pepper and Garlic Tzatziki with Harissa
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 chicken breast, grilled and chopped 
  • 6 oz artichoke hearts, marinated
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cup Parmesan, shaved
  • 1 lemon, zested


  1. Heat oven to 450 °F. 
  2. Heat a sheet pan or pizza stone as well.  
  3. Roll out dough on a parchment lined baking sheet. 
  4. Combine olive oil, ricotta cheese and Cedar’s Mediterranean Hot Pepper and Garlic Tzatziki with Harissa.
  5. Spoon combination onto the dough and spread evenly. 
  6. Top with chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach and Parmesan.  
  7. Carefully place the parchment and pizza onto the stone or sheet pan.  
  8. Close the oven and turn the broiler on. 
  9. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Carefully watch the cooking speed of the pizza since all broilers are different.  
  10. Remove pizza and top with lemon zest. 
  11. Let sit for a few minutes before slicing.
