INGREDIENTS
16 oz box of pasta
2 cups arugula
1⁄2 cup assorted olives, halved
1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
10 oz Cedar’s Topped Organic Pesto Hommus
1⁄2 tablespoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook your pasta to box directions.
When draining, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
Place pasta in a bowl and stir in Cedar's Topped Organic Pesto Hommus along with the reserved pasta water.
Combine with arugula, assorted olives, and cherry tomatoes.
