Pesto Pasta Salad

Pass the pesto.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz box of pasta
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1⁄2 cup assorted olives, halved
  • 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 10 oz Cedar’s Topped Organic Pesto Hommus
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook your pasta to box directions.
  2. When draining, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  3. Place pasta in a bowl and stir in Cedar's Topped Organic Pesto Hommus along with the reserved pasta water.
  4. Combine with arugula, assorted olives, and cherry tomatoes.
