Mediterranean Pita Nachos

Unexpected in every way, these pita nachos deliver big flavors and crowd-pleasing satisfaction. 


  • Cedar’s Topped Organic Garlic Hommus 
  • 6 pita breads
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • black olives, sliced
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut pita bread into triangles, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and top with dollops of hommus, red onion, tomatoes, and feta.
  4. Bake for an additional 8 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
