Mediterranean Pita Nachos

Nachos meet garlicky Greek goodness.
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 8-oz container of Cedar’s Original Hommus 
  • 6 pitas
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • Black olives, sliced
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Cut pitas into triangles, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and top with dollops of Cedar's Original Hommus, red onion, tomatoes and feta cheese.
  4. Bake for an additional 8 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with cucumber, olives and parsley.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
