Mediterranean Pita Nachos

INGREDIENTS
1 8-oz container of Cedar’s Original Hommus
6 pitas
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, chopped
½ cup feta cheese
Black olives, sliced
Fresh parsley
1 small red onion, diced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 375 °F.
Cut pitas into triangles, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with dollops of Cedar's Original Hommus, red onion, tomatoes and feta cheese.
Bake for an additional 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cucumber, olives and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
