Lemon Dukkah Chicken

The zest is yet to come.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes


1 10-oz container of Cedar's Topped Organic Lemon Hommus
6 chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons dukkah spice
1 lemon, wedged
4 cups mixed greens
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat oven to 375 F.
  2. On a baking sheet, drizzle chicken with olive oil and coat with dukkah spice. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Turn oven to broil and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes to crisp the skin.
  4. Remove from the oven and serve over hommus with a simple salad of mixed greens.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over greens.
