Lemon Dukkah Chicken

Total 30-60 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 10-oz container of Cedar's Topped Organic Lemon Hommus
6 chicken drumsticks
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons dukkah spice
1 lemon, wedged
4 cups mixed greens
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 375 °F.
On a baking sheet, drizzle chicken with olive oil and coat with dukkah spice. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 45 minutes.
Turn oven to broil and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes to crisp the skin.
Remove from the oven and serve over hommus with a simple salad of mixed greens.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over greens.
