Labne White Pizza

It's simply labne-licious.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Cedar's Labne
16 oz pizza dough
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 zucchini, shaved with a vegetable peeler
1 small red onion, diced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 500 °F.
  2. Roll out pizza dough.
  3. Mix together Cedar's Labne, ricotta cheese and egg.
  4. Spread mixture onto dough and top with zucchini, onion and rosemary.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
