Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki Lobster Roll

You’re gonna want to roll with this.
Serves 2 Total 30-60 Minutes


  • ½ cup Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki
  • Meat from 1 steamed lobster
  • ½ cup bibb lettuce
  • ½ of a lemon
  • 2 rolls, toasted


  1. In a bowl, gently mix lobster meat and Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Dill Tzatziki until meat is coated.
  2. On the rolls, place bib lettuce and lobster meat.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the lobster rolls.
