Mediterranean Cauliflower Steaks

INGREDIENTS
Cedar’s Topped Organic Roasted Red Pepper Hommus
1 head of cauliflower
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400 °F.
Cut thick slices of cauliflower to make “steaks.”
Place cauliflower steaks on a parchment lined sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Top with hommus and enjoy!
