Mediterranean Cauliflower Steaks

We’re raising the steaks on this recipe, and one thing’s for sure — you won’t miss the meat! The flavor and texture bring ultimate grilling satisfaction.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cedar’s Topped Organic Roasted Red Pepper Hommus
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Serves 2 Total 30-60 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Cut thick slices of cauliflower to make “steaks.”
  3. Place cauliflower steaks on a parchment lined sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Top with hommus and enjoy!
