Mediterranean Cauliflower Steaks

  • Cedar’s Organic Roasted Red Pepper Hommus with Toppings
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Serves 2 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut thick slices of cauliflower to make “steaks.”
  3. Place cauliflower steaks on a parchment-lined sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Top with hommus and enjoy!
