Garlic Hommus Grilled Romaine Hearts

INGREDIENTS
1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Garlic Hommus
Head of romaine lettuce
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Parmesan, shaved
Pistachios, chopped
Figs
DIRECTIONS
Heat grill to medium high.
Slice romaine hearts in half the long way.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place on grill for about 4 minutes until slightly charred with grill marks.
Top with Cedar’s Topped Organic Garlic Hommus, fresh figs, Parmesan and pistachios.
