Spinach Dip Mac & Cheese

This creamy combo of Parmesan, breadcrumbs, Cedar’s Spinach Dip and shells will have everyone saying “more mac & cheese, please!”

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound pasta shells
  • 2 12-oz containers of Cedar’s Spinach Dip
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated 
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Serves 4 Total Under 15 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Working quickly, stir in Spinach Dip, Parmesan, butter, garlic powder and onion powder until evenly coated; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Heat breadcrumbs in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes, until browned and toasted.
  4. Sprinkle pasta with breadcrumbs and serve immediately.
