Quinoa Veggie Wraps

Keen on quinoa.
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  • 1/2 cup Cedar’s Sundried Tomato Basil Hommus
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 3 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 oz sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 oz carrots, shredded


  1. Divide the hommus among the four Whole Wheat Wraps and spread the hommus over each wrap, keeping it away from the edges. Divide the quinoa among the wraps evenly and spread it out over the hommus. Add the fresh spinach, shredded carrots and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Fold two ends in, and then tightly roll the wrap like a burrito. Slice the wrap in half on an angle and serve.
