Quinoa Veggie Wraps

Nutritious and delicious for lunch or dinner, fuel up on this superfood-filled Quinoa Veggie Wrap starring: Cedar’s Sundried Tomato Hommus.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Cedar’s Whole Wheat Wraps
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Cedar’s Sundried Tomato Hommus
  • 3 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 oz sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 oz carrots, shredded
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Divide the hommus among the four Whole Wheat Wraps and spread the hommus over each wrap, keeping it away from the edges. Divide the quinoa among the wraps evenly and spread it out over the hommus. Add the fresh spinach, shredded carrots and sundried tomatoes.
  2. Fold two ends in, and then tightly roll the wrap like a burrito. Slice the wrap in half on an angle and serve.
