Topped Organic Jalapeño Hommus Quesadillas

Spicy, cheesy and super easy! Layer on the Cedar's Topped Organic Jalapeño Hommus and fry up these quesadillas for a delicious, crowd-pleasing appetizer.


  • Cedar’s Topped Organic Jalapeño Hommus
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 8 oz queso fresco, crumbled
  • Cilantro
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  1. Heat an oiled skillet to medium high heat.
  2. Add a tortilla and assemble quesadillas with a layer of hommus, queso fresco and avocado slices.
  3. Top with another tortilla.
  4. Heat quesadilla on each side until the tortilla is crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
