Grilled Veggie Platter

Where there’s a grill there’s a way.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki
  • Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 zucchini, sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 ears of corn on the cob
  • 1 onion, sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill veggies on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve grilled veggies with Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus and Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki.
