Total 30-60 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki
Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus
2 bell peppers
2 zucchini, sliced ¼-inch thick
1 bunch of asparagus
2 ears of corn on the cob
1 onion, sliced ¼-inch thick
2-4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Drizzle veggies with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill veggies on medium high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve grilled veggies with Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus and Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki.
