Edamame Pesto Pasta

If boiling a pot of pasta and stirring delicious ingredients together sounds like your idea of cooking dinner, you need to try this Edamame Pesto Pasta STAT. So easy. So good!


  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • 1/2 cup pesto, store-bought  
  • 8 oz spinach
  • 2 8-oz containers of Cedar’s Edamame Salad
  • 3/4 cup almonds, crushed and lightly toasted
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  1. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, pesto and spinach, and stir until evenly mixed (some spinach will wilt, some will stay firm). Finally, stir in the Cedar's Edamame Salad. On low heat, toast crushed almonds until just fragrant. Garnish pasta with toasted almonds.
