Pumpkin Hommus

An easy-as-pie way to enhance your hommus appetizer spread for the holidays.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 container Cedar’s Original Hommus
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive or avocado)
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
Serves 6-8 Total Under 15 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse until a smooth texture forms.
  3. Pair with sliced vegetables and chips.
