Whole Roasted Carrots with Topped Organic Garlic Hommus

  • Cedar’s Topped Organic Garlic Hommus
  • 12 whole carrots with greens
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pine nuts
  • Parsley


  1. Peel carrots and trim greens.
  2. Drizzle carrots with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast at 400 F for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Spread hommus on a serving platter and top with roasted carrots.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, pine nuts and fresh parsley.
