Spinach Feta Wrap

There’s a reason spinach and feta always end up together! So we welcomed them both into this Cedar’s White Wrap and added some mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes. Simple, easy and incredible.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cedar’s White Wrap
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1-3 slices mozzarella 
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 1/4 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons feta, crumbled
  • Olive oil 
Serves 1 Total Under 15 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray a small skillet with non-stick spray or coat with a teaspoon of olive oil. Add egg whites and cook omelet-style so they form one large egg white patty.
  2. Remove egg whites from pan and set aside. Spray pan again or coat with a teaspoon of olive oil. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until spinach is wilted. Add feta and let warm slightly.
  3. Spread cheese on wrap. Top with spinach, feta and tomato mixture. Add egg white patty and roll up.
