Scrambled Salsa

This egg and salsa scramble is quite possibly the quickest and easiest way to please everyone around the breakfast or brunch table.  

INGREDIENTS

 
  • 2-3 large eggs
  • ½ cup Cedar’s Medium Salsa
Serves 2 Total Under 15 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. To serve, whisk together as many eggs as you need and cook over medium heat in a skillet until scrambled.
  2. Plate the eggs with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Cedar’s Medium Salsa spooned over top.
