Portobello Stacker

Layers of Mediterranean love.
Serves 2 Total 30-60 Minutes


  • Cedar’s Roasted Red Pepper Hommus
  • Cedar’s Tzatziki, any flavor
  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Bell pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat grill to medium high. Cut zucchini, bell pepper and red onion into slabs. Brush mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper and red onion with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Remove grilled veggies and begin to build the portobello stacker. Start with a mushroom, a scoop of hommus, bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, tomato slice and top with fresh basil. Serve with Cedar’s Tzatziki (any flavor).
