Nutty Chocolate Chip Hommus Blondies

Two words: Chocolate Chip.
Serves 9 Total Over an Hour

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Cedar's Organic Original Hommus
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  3. Mix together melted coconut oil, hommus, peanut butter, egg and vanilla extract with a mixer.
  4. Add in almond flour, baking powder, coconut sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
  5. Combine nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour into baking dish.
  7. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
