Mediterranean Lentil & New Potato Salad

You’ve never tried potato salad like this before. But you will. Again and again. Healthy, mayo-free and flavorful as can be.


  • 1 7-oz container of Cedar’s Mediterranean Lentil Salad
  • New potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
Serves Salad for 1 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Roast new potatoes for 25-30 minutes with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. Halve new potatoes.
  3. Mix with Cedar’s Mediterranean Lentil Salad.
