Mashed Chickpea Salad Wrap

We literally crushed it with this one.
Serves 2-3 Total Under 15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 8-oz containers of Cedar’s Chickpea Salad
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • Juice from ½ of a lemon
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wraps

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, pulse Chickpea Salad a few times until blended, but not fully smooth (the mixture should still have chunks for texture). You can also mash them in a bowl with a potato masher.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add minced garlic and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chickpea salad in wrap, roll up tightly and serve.
