Mashed Chickpea Salad Wrap

INGREDIENTS
2 8-oz containers of Cedar’s Chickpea Salad
½ teaspoon minced garlic
Juice from ½ of a lemon
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Wraps
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, pulse Chickpea Salad a few times until blended, but not fully smooth (the mixture should still have chunks for texture). You can also mash them in a bowl with a potato masher.
Transfer to a bowl and add minced garlic and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Place chickpea salad in wrap, roll up tightly and serve.
