Grilled Chicken Spinach Dip Wrap

Fast, flavorful and fresh, this recipe doubles down on spinach goodness. Serve up as full wraps to feed four, or cut into smaller bites to feed more!


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 12-oz Cedar’s Spinach Dip
  • Cedar’s Spinach Wraps
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  1. Preheat grill. 
  2. When the grill is ready, lay the chicken breasts on the hot grill grates, cover and cook until the chicken has grill marks and the edges turn white, 2 to 3 minutes. 
  3. Flip the breasts and continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes more.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a clean cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice each breast crosswise on the diagonal into ½-inch-thick slices. 
  5. Add chicken to spinach dip tossing to coat. 
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  7. Place in a Spinach Wrap, roll up tightly and serve.
