Chickpea Shawarma Wrap

Meatless Monday Made Easy.
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Cedar’s Chickpea Salad
  • 1 8-oz container of Cedar’s Organic Original Hommus
  • 1 12-oz container of Cedar’s Tzatziki, any flavor 
  • White wraps
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare sauce by adding Cedar’s Organic Original Hommus and Cedar’s Tzatziki (any flavor) to a mixing bowl and whisking to combine. Add enough water to thin, so it’s pourable.
  2. To serve, warm wraps in the oven for approximately 1 minute and top with the desired amount of Cedar’s Chickpea Salad, lettuce and sauce.
