Chickpea Salad & Feta Grilled Chicken

Simple and quick, this dish is the perfect entrée for any occasion. Our garbs go great with poultry, and a little feta ties everything together.


  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 8-oz containers of Cedar’s Chickpea Salad
  • ½ cup feta, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Serves 4 Total 15-29 Minutes


  1. Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add the chicken and brown, cooking for about 8-10 minutes and flipping to cook evenly. Remove from skillet when cooked.
  2. Once cooked, top chicken with Cedar’s Chickpea Salad and feta.
