Tzatziki Potato Salad

You say potato. We say, THIS SALAD THO!
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes


  • Cedar’s Tzatziki, any flavor 
  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes
  • 1 cup feta, crumbled 
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat oven to 400 °F.
  2. Slice fingerling potatoes in half and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Serve potatoes on a platter topped with dollops of Cedar’s Tzatziki (any flavor) and feta.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
