Tzatziki Chicken Salad

We hatched a plan to reinvent chicken salad. Turns out, adding Cedar’s tzatziki and stuffing fresh peppers puts a perfect Mediterranean spin on this backyard barbecue staple. Enjoy!


  • 1 container of Cedar’s tzatziki, any flavor
  • 3 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • ⅓ cup red peppers, diced
  • 12 mini bell peppers, halved
  • 1 bunch of parsley
Serves 1 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Add shredded chicken to Cedar's tzatziki.
  2. Mix in red peppers.
  3. Scoop salad into mini bell peppers, then garnish with fresh parsley.
