Tzatziki Stuffed Peppers

Put a little pep-pers in your step.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Cedar’s Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki
4 bell peppers, halved and deseeded
2 cups orzo, prepared
1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1⁄2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon fresh basil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat grill to medium high.
  2. Place bell peppers cut side up and grill for 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine orzo, Cedar's Cucumber Garlic Tzatziki, feta cheese, olives, grape tomatoes and basil.
  4. Stuff each grilled pepper with orzo salad mixture and serve.
