Wild Mushroom Tart

INGREDIENTS
Sheet of puff pastry
12 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Fresh thyme
1/2 cup smoked Gouda, grated
1 cup Cedar's Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
DIRECTIONS
Sauté mushrooms in butter and olive oil. Add salt, pepper and thyme.
Roll out puff pastry dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a fork, prick the dough in the center of the tart, which is where the filling will be.
Spread the center of the dough with Cedar's Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus and cover with sautéed mushrooms.
Roll up the sides of the dough and cover with Gouda. Bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes.
