Tzatziki Chicken Salad

We hatched a plan to reinvent chicken salad. Turns out, adding Cedar’s Tzatziki and stuffing fresh peppers puts a perfect Mediterranean spin on this backyard barbecue staple. Enjoy!


  • Cedar’s Tzatziki
  • 3 cups chicken breast, shredded
  • ⅓ cup red peppers, diced
  • mini bell peppers
  • parsley
Serves 1 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Add 3 cups of shredded chicken to 1 container of Cedar's Tzatziki.
  2. Mix in 1/3 cup diced red peppers.
  3. Scoop salad into halved mini bell peppers, then garnish with fresh parsley.
