Tzatziki Breakfast Sandwich

Serves 1 Total 10-15 Minutes


  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Cedar’s Tzatziki, any flavor
  • ¼ cup red onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup arugula
  • Pinch of black pepper


  1. Split and toast an English muffin to desired doneness.
  2. Crack an egg in a nonstick skillet and cook on medium low heat until done, sunny-side-up. Don’t flip.
  3. Place cooked egg on one end of the English muffin and put a dollop of Cedar’s Tzatziki (any flavor) on the other.
  4. Add red onion, arugula and black pepper, to taste.
  5. Combine English muffin sides and enjoy.
