Turkish-Style Creamy Pasta

A cozy, flavorful pasta featuring Cedar's Tzatziki with Feta.
Serves 4 Total 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (12 oz) tub Cedar's Tzatziki with Feta
  • 8 oz orecchiette Pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped. 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add ground beef, chopped onions, 1 tablespoon paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, until beef is thoroughly browned. 
  4. Add butter, parsley, and remaining 2 tablespoons of paprika to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second intervals until melted, stirring to combine. 
  5. Assemble the pasta by layering cooked pasta, Cedar's Tzatziki with Feta, spiced beef, and drizzle with the butter sauce.
