Toum Burgers
A garlic-forward twist on your average burger!

Toum Burgers

Serves 4
Total 60 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Cedar's Toum, any flavor
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound ground beef
1-2 teaspoons of salt
1 teasponn black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Burger buns
2 cups Arugula
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat then add in onions and sprinkle with salt.
Cook onions until translucent, then reduce to medium-low heat and cook until caramelized, about 30 minutes. Stir onions every 5 minutes.
Form the ground beef into burger patties then season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, once hot, place in burgers. Cook for 3-7 minutes per side depending on your preference.
Spread Cedar's Toum on each bun, add burger patties, then top with caramelized onions and arugula. Enjoy!
