Sweet & Savory Herb Crostini

Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes


  • 1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  1. Slice baguette and brush slices with olive oil. Toast until crispy.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat.
  3. Toss in grapes and let sizzle until grapes are warm and the skin is seared.
  4. Spread a spoonful of Cedar's Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus on each baguette slice.
  5. Top with several grapes and garnish with pepitas, lemon zest and a sprig of fresh tarragon.
