Street Cornbread Tzatziki

You’ll be dancin’ in the street.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes


1 cup Cedar's Mediterranean Hot Pepper & Garlic Tzatziki 
16-oz cornbread mix, prepared
1 jalapeño, deseeded and diced
2 cups corn
1/2 cup queso fresco
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 lime, half juiced, half wedged for garnish


  1. Prepare cornbread mix according to package instructions.
  2. Fold in jalapeño and bake.
  3. In a bowl, mix topping of corn, queso fresco, cilantro, green onion, lime juice, paprika and Cedar’s Mediterranean Hot Pepper & Garlic Tzatziki.
  4. Spoon the topping over the cooked cornbread.
  5. Garnish with lime.
