Savory Seasonal Vegetable Galette

INGREDIENTS
1 cup
Cedar’s Artichoke Kalamata Hommus
1 pie crust
Acorn squash, thinly sliced
2 apples, thinly sliced
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon sugar
Sage, finely chopped
Thyme, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Toss acorn squash and apples with olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and herbs.
Roll out pie crust onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Fill center of dough with a layer of Cedar’s Artichoke Kalamata Hommus and top with squash and apple mixture.
Fold edges of dough around filling to make a rustic tart.
Brush the crust with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400 °F for 55 minutes.
