Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Total 30-60 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
1 head green cabbage
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400 °F.
Cut cabbage into 4 wedges.
Place on a sheet pan and generously drizzle both sides with olive oil.
Season with sea salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 45 minutes.
Serve over a dollop of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus.
