Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Flavor a-head of its time.
Serves 4 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
1 head green cabbage
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste
 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 400 °F.
  2. Cut cabbage into 4 wedges.
  3. Place on a sheet pan and generously drizzle both sides with olive oil.
  4. Season with sea salt and pepper. 
  5. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve over a dollop of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus.
