Pumpkin Bruschetta

Pumpkin Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS
1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
1 baguette, sliced
1 small sugar pumpkin, roasted
8 oz burrata
1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
1/2 cup microgreens
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Peel and cube pumpkin into 1/2-inch sized pieces.
Coat with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400 °F for 35-40 minutes.
Brush sliced baguette with olive oil, then toast.
Top toast with a spoonful of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus.
Add burrata and pumpkin and garnish with fresh sage and microgreens.
