Pumpkin Bruschetta

A smashing success.
Serves 4-6 Total 30-60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 small sugar pumpkin, roasted
  • 8 oz burrata 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup microgreens
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel and cube pumpkin into 1/2-inch sized pieces.
  2. Coat with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400 °F for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Brush sliced baguette with olive oil, then toast.
  4. Top toast with a spoonful of Cedar’s Topped Organic Balsamic Caramelized Onion Hommus.
  5. Add burrata and pumpkin and garnish with fresh sage and microgreens.
