Mediterranean Nachos

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of pita bread
¼ cup Cedar’s Labne
¼ cup fresh salsa
¼ cup guacamole
¼ cup pitted, sliced kalamata olives
2 tbs olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Fresh basil to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Toast pita bread.
Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
Cut into pita chips.
Arrange on a platter and top with salsa, guacamole, kalamata olives, and Cedar’s Labne. Garnish with fresh basil.
