Mediterranean Nachos

Cedar’s spin on a Mexican classic turned Mediterranean dish.
Serves 2 Total Under 15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices of pita bread
  • ¼ cup Cedar’s Labne
  • ¼ cup fresh salsa
  • ¼ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup pitted, sliced kalamata olives
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh basil to garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast pita bread.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
  3. Cut into pita chips.
  4. Arrange on a platter and top with salsa, guacamole, kalamata olives, and Cedar’s Labne. Garnish with fresh basil.
