Mediterranean Linguine

Im-pasta-ble not to love.
Serves 2-4 Total 30-60 Minutes


1 10-oz container of Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus
16-oz package of linguine
1 shallot, diced
6 oz red peppers, roasted and chopped
¼ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and halved
½ cup spinach
½ cup feta cheese
Zest of half a Lemon
2-4 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Cook linguine in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve one cup of the pasta water before draining the pasta.
  2. Over medium heat, sauté shallots, red peppers, Kalamata olives and spinach in oil.
  3. Add Cedar’s Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus and pasta water to the pan. Stir to make a creamy sauce.
  4.  Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat the pasta.
  5. Top with feta and lemon zest.
