Mediterranean Layered Focaccia

Serves 6 Total 30-60 Minutes


  • Cedar's Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus
  • Pizza dough
  • Roasted red peppers, chopped
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Feta, crumbled
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Fresh basil


  1. Heat oven to 420 °F.
  2. Using your hands, roll out pizza dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil and dimple surface of dough with your fingers. Sprinkle with rosemary.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
  5. Spread with a layer of Cedar's Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus.
  6. Top with peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and feta.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil.
