Mediterranean Layered Focaccia

Total 30-60 Minutes
INGREDIENTS
Cedar's Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus
Pizza dough
Roasted red peppers, chopped
Sun-dried tomatoes
Feta, crumbled
Fresh rosemary
Fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 420 °F.
Using your hands, roll out pizza dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and dimple surface of dough with your fingers. Sprinkle with rosemary.
Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
Spread with a layer of Cedar's Topped Organic Mediterranean Hommus.
Top with peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and feta.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil.
