Mediterranean Layered Focaccia

This mouth-watering Mediterranean-style pizza is bursting with layers of luscious flavor. Perfect as an appetizer, lunch, or dinner dish.


  • pizza dough
  • Cedar's Organic Mediterranean Hommus
  • roasted red peppers, chopped
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • feta cheese, crumbled
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh basil
Serves 6 Total 30-60 Minutes


  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees F.
  2. Using your hands, roll out pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil and dimple surface of dough with your fingers. Sprinkle with rosemary.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
  5. Spread with a layer of Cedar's Organic Mediterranean Hommus.
  6. Top with peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil.
